Impact of God’s “Follow Me” Discipleship Process in Others Lives |
“It is changing my attitude from being ‘it’s all about me’ to ‘it’s all about Christ.’ This is freeing me from a huge burden and is helping me to be more responsive and less reactive.”
“Slowly as truths are revealed by the Lord, I am forming a valuable spiritual foundation. God is
revealing to me that my significance is in Christ. I am no longer living for the approval of man. I am learning now how to exist for Him rather than for me.”
“I am finally finding support of other genuine Christians who are in the same battle I am. The encouraging words, and sometimes rebukes are helping me to let go of control and let God lead me. It has been invaluable to hear how God is working in others’ lives and how the Follow Me process is slowly changing each of them.
“I am realizing that the pain in my life is a blessing. I now accept the challenges and trials as blessings because I know the end result is for my good. Whether a rough day at work, or a major catastrophe, I always knew Romans 8:28, but now I am beginning to act like I am confident that God is engineering all things for good.”

As much what Martin Luther did to bring a Reformation to the Doctrine of Salvation …
You cannot achieve salvation, it is something you receive by responding in trust and repentance as God’s Spirit illuminates. Following God will make me become a Christian…my identity changes.
So, Christ’s discipleship process is needed to bring a Reformation to the Doctrine of Sanctification…You cannot achieve sanctification, it is something you receive by responding in trust and repentance as God’s Spirit illuminates spiritual truth to me one issue at a time. Following God will make me become a maturing Christian…my behavior changes from one who no longer wants to be served, to one who serves and sacrifices his/her life for others (i.e a fisher of men)

Phase 1 & 2 of New Strategy Approved |
Our QLD Board has unanimously approved our Phase 1 plans for expanding our ministry outreach. They are so committed to seeing this happen that they themselves have raised 45% of our budget for this phase of development.
Our 6-8 month plan to establish our preliminary research, strategy, future plan, network with leaders and organizations and ultimately approach investors for Phase 2. We are also conducting Focus Panel Groups to receive feedback and evaluation from previous QLD participants. This will provide invaluable information from those who are experienced the Quantum L.E.A.P. Discipleship materials and groups. Such research will give us data that will help us refine our methods, approaches and materials for our future development.

Our 5-year plan starts with us performing in-depth market research, identifying target audiences in need of QLD Discipleship, such as groups, churches, home-churches, parents (for discipling their children), nonprofit parachurch organizations, Christian schools and seminaries. We will be establishing how to package our materials for implementation by the specific group interested. Our vision is to also establish a unique digital education & training model along with a digital delivery system to be able to e-publish all our materials, customize the on-demand delivery for each users needs, and provide training and support through such digital methods. In this phase, we will need to bring on a minimal support staff with appropriate office space to produce, manage, support and serve those whom will be integrating our methods and materials.
